A "bdw standard" resurrection means the following things:

Lack of aging.
Inability to die of natural causes (illness, old age - SMOKE 'EM IF YOU GOT 'EM 'cause you can't get lung cancer!); a person resurrected by the nexus this way must be killed deliberately.
Lack of discernible 'fate' (you can't read a future that doesn't exist)
Effectively these people are a "fixed point" blip in existence; they shouldn't be alive, but they are anyway.
No, this doesn't render them sterile.
Actual age/apparent age discrepancy is common. Whether the apparent age is their age at death or younger may vary.
While some injuries may be scarring, all scars incurred after death will eventually fade like they were never there at all. The more severe, the longer they take to fade (potentially years).
